FINAL Memory

I wake up in the morning with a dreadful truth. What I must to say to Zeall. I must gotta do something. Sigh. I better get up first. I go down stair and see my sis preparing the breakfast.

“Morning, Sis.” I said.

“Morning! You look down. What happen?” She asked.

“It…WAIT? You already awake? How come? Who are you!?!?” I shouted and shocked for a moment

“Geez! Don’t shout in the morning. Look at the clock. It is my usual time. Come hurry up and eat otherwise we gonna be late.” She answered.

I look at my watch and… 8.30! What the hell?! I’m gonna be late. I hurry go to bath and have my breakfast in a flash then run to school. Again…

I barely made it. I sit in my seat. The class started. First period… Second Period… Third… None come into my mind. I just can’t stop thinking about yesterday. Suddenly, My sis come and call me. 

“Zen, listen to me. Don’t panic.” She said.

“Huh? What happened, Sis? Ups... Miss” I answered back.

“It’s Shylvarion.” She replied.

“What about her?” I asked again.

“She… she… had heart attack and the teachers took her to hospital.” She said.

These words make my mind completely blank. I drop down and don’t know what to do. I lost. I can’t do anything. Suddenly a phrase comes in my mind. Yesterday is history, Tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That’s it! No matter I’ve done, I can’t change the past. But! I can change the future! Suddenly I stand up and run out.

“Hey… Don’t run in the corridor. Geez! Young love… hahaha… Go on Zen! I’ll take care things in school.” My sis said.

I run and run… While I run, The image of Zeall come into my mind. How’s she sad. How’s she cries. And How’s she smiles. Wait for me Zeall! Don’t die! I still have a lot of things to tell to you!

“DON’T DIE YET!” I shouted aloud while I’m running.

Finally, I arrive at the hospital. Luckily this is a small town, I can reach the hospital by feet. I run into the hospital and ask the nurse about Zeall. She tells me Zeall’s room. I run to that room and open the door. I find her laying in the bed. No… No… I come closer… Don’t die yet! NO… I come closer again. Oh thanks God, She’s sleeping. I grab a chair and sit next to her. I’m holding her hand. Before I knew it, I fell asleep because of running time.

Then I see a dream again. But this is a different one. I feel like I’m running. I’m running by myself. Running in the hospital corridor. Why I’m running? Why I’m in such a hurry. I open the door and I see the doctor and a little girl laying in the bed. Wait, is that Shylvarion? This is maybe the next scene after the last one. But Why I’m in there? Something come out of my mouth.

“How is she doing doctor!” I said.

“What are you doing here kid! This not a place for you” The Doctor said and tried to drive me away.

“Get off your hand out of me! I just want to know her condition! I’m a smart kid! I’ll understand it!” I shouted.

“If you smart then don’t shout in this room! Very well if you insist, I’ll talk to you outside. It seems you are the only family member she has” The Doctor said.

We get out from room and the doctor explains everything to me.

“She need heart transplant operation. But there’s no heart’s donor around. So We can do nothing.” The Doctor explained.

“So use my heart! Use my heart to save her!” I answered back.

“Don’t be stupid! We can’t take a heart from living one.” The Doctor said back.

“Then It’s better me to die in order to save her right!” I shouted and run outside.

“HEY KID! Don’t be stupid.” The Doctor shouted and chased me.

Wait?! That mean I died in order save Zeall? I believe Zeall is safe and sound because I can see her right now. But me? Am I already died? Then? Who is Zen Arcsen here?!

I’m running and running until outside the hospital. It is raining outside I run without see around. Then I see a light come from my right. It is car’s light. Then my vision go blur. The Doctor come to me and held me.

“Hey KID! Hang on boy!” The Doctor said.

“HEY! HELP HERE!” The Doctor shouted again.

“It…It’s okay Doc…use my heart to save her…please…save her… No matter what…” I said.

“Who are you brave kid? She must know her hero” The doctor said.

“….Yuuki…”

Then My vision go black. I can see nothing. Wait… Did I say Yuuki? Why I said Yuuki? Yuuki is the boy who always plays with Zeall. Suddenly I hear a sound.

“Do you believe in reincarnation?”

Believe? What is that mean? Who are you…

“Do you want see her again?”

Yea, Of course! I want see Zeall’s smile again. I don’t want her died. No Matter what.

“Very well, if that is your wish.”

After that a strange sound disappears. Then I hear a woman crying. Who is it? I try to open my eyes what I see is a beautiful young woman with long white hair. Wait?! Is that Sis? Is that you sis? Then, Something comes from my mouth.

“Who are you…Who Am I…” I said.

The young woman look to the doctor but the doctor just shaking his head then with a tear the woman smile and said.

“Arcsen… Zen Arcsen…”

Wait… I try to believe it… but… could it be? I’m Yuuki?! After that I hear a sound, and then I awake. The first time I see is Zeall next to me.

“Yuuki… Is that you…” She said slowly.

“….Yes… I’m here Zeall. You gonna be okay Zeall. Just hang on!” I said.

“It’s okay Yuuki. It’s the time. You already give your life to me till this time.” She said slowly.

“No… No…Hang on!” I cried and held her hand.

After that she said her final words then she passed away with a smile in her face. Those final words that I’ll never ever forget.

“Thank you for letting me life this far.”
